Behind every governor there is a communications director who helps craft the messages, respond to the media inquiries, schedule the press conferences and write the speeches. We salute these hard-working professionals.  Last evening, Linhart PR hosted an informal gathering to honor the outgoing Communications Director Evan Dreyer, who served Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter for four years, and the incoming Director Eric Brown, who will serve John Hickenlooper.  Also on hand was Dan Hopkins, former communications director for Gov. Bill Owens.  A group of journalists, business leaders and PR professionals came to hoist a glass and congratulate the state’s past, present, and future communications directors, and Gov.
