Tell us a little bit about your background.
I was born and raised in northeast Ohio and earned my degree in Communications from The Ohio State University, so needless to say I’m a huge Buckeyes fan. Prior to joining Linhart PR, I had the opportunity to intern with USA Swimming in Colorado Springs and Columbus, Ohio-based Fahlgren Mortine Public Relations. I moved to Denver after college for an internship with Schenkein PR before moving into the Corporate Communications department at DISH Network. I was there for two years before coming on board at Linhart in October.

What brought you to Denver, Colorado?
I took a quarter off my senior year at Ohio State to live and work at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. as the communications and media intern at USA Swimming. I fell in love with Colorado’s never-ending sunshine, gorgeous mountain scenery and having humidity out of my life. As I got closer to graduation, I looked for opportunities in Denver, and the rest is history.

Your workday just started, what’s the FIRST thing you do?
Hit up the Linhart PR Café coffee pot.

Name three things on your desk right now.
Cell phone, chapstick and an assortment of purple office supplies.

Name some of your favorite things.
Being an aunt to two cuties, Buckeye football, ice cream, Express, lazy weekends, Colorado summers, Audrey Hepburn movies and every episode of “Friends.”

Tell us a unique or interesting fact about yourself.
I’ve seen Dave Matthews in concert about 20 times – even took a weekend in Scotland to catch his acoustic European tour and was able to meet him!
