WE FOCUS ON RECOGNIZING, CELEBRATING AND REWARDING OUR PEOPLE – THE HEART OF OUR BUSINESS.
At Linhart PR, we have a stated goal to create a collaborative environment where people are motivated and given resources to do their career best work – and where achievements are recognized, celebrated and rewarded. How do we describe our workplace culture? Our employees tell us our culture is fun, creative, collaborative, energetic, transparent and respectful. This culture is celebrated in everything from our “open-book” management approach to our BrainPoweR professional development program and our team-building activities to our weekly “Beer Friday” where we toast the week’s successes over Colorado micro-brews. Our culture is among the reasons we’re regularly on Best Places to Work in PR lists.
We also believe in giving back to the community where we live, work and play. It’s a part of doing business and the right thing to do. Our firm donates time and funds to support various nonprofit organizations. In addition, Linhart-to-Heart is our employee volunteer program that offers a way for our team to make a difference in the community and get engaged in supporting charities that they find meaningful.
Our employees have a variety of ways to get involved in Linhart-to-Heart throughout the year, including:
Volunteering their time. Linhart PR employees are given four hours per calendar year to provide volunteer support to a non-profit organization they care about during work hours.
Participating in the Junior Achievement Bowl-A-Thon. The Bowl-A-Thon is an annual fundraiser that raises money to educate K-12 students about the fundamentals of our economic system. Our team has participated in the Bowl-A-Thon for more than 10 years.
Donating to a monetary or gift-in-kind drive. Members of our team organize drives for funds or goods to support organizations in need throughout our community, including raising funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night Walk. Through Linhart-to-Heart, Linhart PR also makes annual donations to a variety of nonprofit organizations on behalf of our employees, including fulfilling holiday wish lists for Florence Crittenton parents and children.
Serving in leadership positions. Our team lends expertise in public outreach, education and strategic planning as board members of more than 20 organizations in Colorado, including The Boettcher Foundation, Naturally Boulder and Warren Village.
