By now you may have read, here or here, about a talented new addition to our team at Linhart PR.
Kelly Womer joined us on Monday as a vice president. She will support our outstanding team in developing and implementing business-oriented reputation- and brand-building strategies for corporate clients including Johns Manville, MWH, Colorado Technical University, Polsinelli Shughart, United Healthcare and others.
She’ll also help us build consulting capability in organizational communications and employee engagement. In fact, she’s already working with one LPR client on a project in this area.
I’ve known and respected Kelly for more than 10 years. She followed me as president of PRSA Chicago in 2003.
In fact, we now have three successive PRSA Chicago presidents and a president-elect who have relocated to Colorado: Don Kirchoffner (2001), me (2002), Dawn Doty (president-elect, 2002) and Kelly (2003).
And Chicago got Jay Cutler. I’ll take that trade any day.
