‍

1. About this policy

Linhart Public Relations, LLP (Linhart PR, we, us, or our) explains here how we collect, use, and disclose personal information through linhartpr.com and related inquiries, subscriptions, and recruiting communications. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Information we process for clients under their instructions is governed by the applicable client agreement and privacy notice.

‍

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us, subscribe to updates, or inquire about a career, we collect the information you submit. This may include your name, email, telephone number, company, role, message, communication preferences, resume, portfolio, and employment or education history. Please do not send sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers or health information, through general inquiry forms.

‍

Information collected automatically. Our website and providers collect technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device details, operating system, approximate location, referring website, pages visited, visit times, interactions, and cookie or similar identifiers. We also record consent and subscription preferences. Some identifiers and usage information can be linked to you and are treated as personal information.

‍

3. How we use information

We use information to answer questions, discuss and provide requested services, manage business relationships, send requested news and updates, evaluate recruiting inquiries, understand website and email engagement, improve our content, maintain security, prevent abuse, honor privacy choices, and meet legal obligations. Marketing communications are subject to your preferences and any consent required by law.

‍

4. Website and marketing providers

‍

Webflow

Webflow hosts our website and delivers its content. It processes technical information, including IP addresses, access times, browser and operating-system information, HTTP headers, language, time zone, screen resolution, and other browser attributes. Webflow uses this information to operate and secure its platform, monitor traffic, administer usage-based services, and analyze and improve its platform. When a form uses Webflow’s form-processing tools, Webflow also processes the submitted information and may store it or send it to our designated email addresses or connected services.

‍

Learn more: Webflow Privacy Policy.

‍

HubSpot

We use HubSpot to manage inquiries, contact records, subscriptions, and marketing communications. HubSpot processes information you submit and, subject to your choices, website activity and identifiers. If you submit a form or follow a tracked email link, HubSpot may associate your website activity, including earlier activity recorded in the same browser, with your contact record.

‍

When email tracking is enabled and permitted, tracking pixels and tracked links help us record opens and clicks and understand which communications are useful. These events may be associated with your contact record. We obtain consent for this tracking where required.

‍

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic and interactions and improve the website. It processes information such as pages viewed, traffic sources, session activity, device and browser details, approximate location, and online identifiers. Google receives IP addresses during processing, including to derive approximate location. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or message contents to Google Analytics.

‍

Google Ads

We may use Google Ads conversion tracking and related advertising technologies to understand the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and measure actions taken after users interact with our advertisements.

‍

LinkedIn Insight Tag

We may use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the effectiveness of LinkedIn advertising campaigns, understand website engagement, and create aggregated audience insights. LinkedIn may process information about website visits, browser characteristics, and online identifiers, subject to your privacy choices.

‍

Microsoft Clarity

We may use Microsoft Clarity to better understand how visitors interact with our website through analytics tools such as heat maps, scroll tracking, click tracking, and session replays. Clarity helps us evaluate website performance, identify usability issues, and improve the user experience. Clarity is designed to mask sensitive information and does not intentionally collect information entered into forms. Microsoft may process technical and usage information, including browser and device details, pages visited, interactions with website content, and online identifiers, subject to your privacy choices.

‍

‍5. Cookies and your choices

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, and measure engagement. Necessary technologies support functions such as security, form delivery, and recording privacy choices. Optional technologies support analytics and marketing measurement.

‍

We ask for your permission before activating optional website tracking. You can accept, reject, or change optional categories using Cookie Settings in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking; it does not automatically delete information already collected. Necessary hosting, security, and form processing still occur when optional tracking is declined. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies, although some functions may be affected.

‍

For an additional Google Analytics control, see Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. This control applies to supported Analytics implementations, not all website data collection.

‍

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email or contact us at info@linhartpr.com. We may still send communications needed to respond to your requests or administer an existing relationship. Website cookie preferences do not automatically change email subscriptions or email tracking preferences; contact us to request changes to email tracking.

‍

6. When we disclose information

We disclose relevant information to hosting, CRM, analytics, email, IT support, and recruiting service providers as needed for the purposes above. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to address fraud or security incidents, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or other business transfer subject to appropriate protections. We may disclose information at your direction or with your consent.

‍

We do not sell personal information collected through this website, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising as those terms are defined by applicable privacy laws.

‍

7. Privacy rights and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Where applicable, you may also limit specified uses of sensitive personal information. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

‍

Colorado residents may have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), including rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, as well as rights to opt out of targeted advertising, certain profiling, and the sale of personal data where applicable.

‍

If you require this Privacy Policy in an alternative format or need assistance exercising your privacy rights, please contact us using the information below.

‍

To make a request, email info@linhartpr.com with the subject Privacy Request, or contact us using the details below. We may need information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any exception or denial. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Where you have a right to appeal, reply to our decision or email us with the subject Privacy Appeal. You may also complain to your state attorney general or relevant data protection authority. Where required, we recognize Global Privacy Control and other legally recognized opt-out signals as requests to opt out of sale or targeted advertising for the applicable browser or device.

‍

These signals do not unsubscribe you from email.

‍

8. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. We consider the nature of the information, our relationship with you, the need to answer an inquiry or evaluate an application, consent and subscription status, security needs, and legal or recordkeeping obligations. Analytics and technical records are subject to configured retention settings and provider practices. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful exceptions and backup cycles. We may retain limited suppression and consent records to honor your choices.

‍

Recruiting information may be retained for future employment opportunities and compliance with legal obligations. Subscription and marketing preference records may be retained to honor your communications preferences and document consent choices.

‍

9. International visitors

Linhart PR is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, whose laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use legally recognized transfer safeguards, such as applicable standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about relevant safeguards.

‍

Where European Economic Area or UK law applies, our processing relies on consent for optional tracking and marketing where required; steps you request before a contract or performance of a contract with you; legitimate interests in answering inquiries, managing business relationships, improving services, and protecting systems, balanced against your rights; or compliance with legal obligations. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing, and complain to your local supervisory authority.

‍

10. Security, children, and other websites

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can address it.

‍

Links may take you to websites operated by others. Their privacy notices describe their own practices. If we offer a third-party application or embedded feature, review the notice provided with that feature.

‍

11. Policy updates

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice or seek consent when required by law.
