Paul brings three decades of corporate and counseling firm experience to Linhart PR. He’s responsible for coaching our team, advising key clients and helping to grow our business. Before joining Linhart PR, Paul was communications director at global management consulting firm A.T. Kearney, where he led a team responsible for building the firm’s worldwide reputation for thought leadership. Previously, he was a senior VP at Golin, leading teams on McDonald’s, Ronald McDonald House Charities and the British government’s economic development office in Northern Ireland. During 18 years in Chicago, Paul served as president of the PRSA Chicago chapter.
Under Carri’s guidance, Linhart PR has gained industry recognition for financial stability and effective management practices. Her detail-oriented approach has helped the firm achieve profitable performances year after year, despite any economic headwinds. In addition, her expertise in forecasting and cash management has enabled the firm to consistently and confidently invest in its people and clients – a hallmark of Linhart PR’s success and entrepreneurial spirit.
Kelly joined the Linhart PR team in 2003 and today serves as a vice president and partner with the firm. Kelly brings experience in providing strategic counsel, developing integrated brand-building communication campaigns, and inspiring her teams to achieve results against business goals. This has allowed her to successfully lead national clients in the premium food and beverage, multi-unit restaurant, and health and wellness industries. For her clients, Kelly oversees communications strategy and planning, goal-setting, creative program development, issues management, and measurement and results reporting. She also is an avid reader and thrives on spotting new opportunities, leveraging trends and solving problems in unique ways for the brands she supports. Outside of the office, Kelly and her husband, Scott, relish Colorado’s mild weather and sunny days, and watching their son, Cody, play travel hockey.
With her entrepreneurial spirit, Sharon Linhart founded Linhart PR in 1996. She was the only employee for the first year. Today, Linhart PR is the largest independent firm in Colorado with a roster of national and regional clients. Respected in the communications industry and in the Colorado community, Sharon helped cultivate a firm recognized for its workplace and client results. She now enjoys giving back to others by serving on non-profit boards, while also relaxing and traveling with her husband Jerry.
Kelly has a passion for planning, creativity and relationship building. Since joining Linhart PR in 2014, she has served clients in the energy and utilities, infrastructure, building products, professional services, and health and wellness industries. Through trusted relationships and strong industry expertise, she helps clients build visibility and achieve business goals. Kelly’s strengths include communications strategy and planning, stakeholder engagement, advocacy communications, crisis and reputation management, and media relations. Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys exploring everything Colorado has to offer with her husband and cheering on her favorite football teams, the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns.
Josh possesses a strong interest in writing, communications and all things that affect public perception. Prior to joining Linhart PR, Josh served as a senior staff member on a U.S. Senate campaign that still holds the record for fundraising in a month. He also has experience in the nonprofit space, where he planned events, created speaker presentations and trained spokespeople. Josh prides himself on his strong work ethic and resourcefulness to help drive change and make a difference.
At Linhart PR, Josh leverages his grant and speech-writing skills to develop persuasive content for clients in the energy, utilities and global mobility sectors, in addition to supporting community involvement, media relations and crisis communications projects.
Outside of the office, Josh enjoys reading, going to concerts and watching the Denver Nuggets.

Shannon is a strategic thinker and problem-solver with expertise in social media marketing, media relations and influencer marketing, and stakeholder engagement and advocacy communications. She provides strategic guidance, innovative solutions and creative ideas to help meet client goals, whether it’s to achieve regulatory approval of an energy and utility project or to secure media coverage of a new relocation management service. Outside of the office, you'll likely find Shannon reading on her front porch or up in the mountains skiing.
Libby is a storyteller at heart, which has allowed her to become a top-notch media strategist who has secured wins for a range of clients in outlets including ABC News, Bloomberg and on The Today Show. Her experience spans the multi-unit restaurant, food and beverage, energy and utilities, consumer tech, enterprise tech and aerospace industries. She is inspired by keeping a finger on the pulse of the ever-evolving media landscape, offering strategic communications counsel to her clients and delivering media results that exceed expectations. When she’s not at her desk, you can find Libby exploring new restaurants, enjoying live music or traveling with close friends.
Katie is a registered dietitian and former brand marketing manager in the natural products industry with 10+ years of experience leading influencer and key opinion leader programs. Her global agency, Fortune 500 company and smaller start-up experience combined help her represent the brand perspective from multiple angles. She is particularly passionate about helping brands tie their influencer marketing efforts back to innovation, consumer trends and sales goals. Her expertise includes running an influencer talent management agency, enabling her to develop and implement win-win partnerships for everyone involved.
Katie is based in Fort Collins, CO, with her husband and two kids, where she enjoys leading an active outdoors-focused lifestyle that includes hiking, biking and trying every coffee shop in town.
Mary helps keep Linhart PR running smoothly by supporting our team and our firm’s operations. She comes to Linhart PR with more than 10 years of experience working in the advertising industry as a media buyer. She’s a detail-oriented professional who appreciates the opportunity to develop relationships with suppliers and co-workers. When Mary is not running around the office, she is happily focused on her husband and children. Supporting the Buffs and Broncos is also a must.
With both client-side and PR agency experience, Mallory is adaptable and can think on her feet. Her experience spans across small tech, large retail and global fast-food brands. Mallory’s enthusiasm for pop culture and trend spotting allows her to identify culturally relevant opportunities for clients and creative solves to their problems. Specializing in media relations, content creation and social media, Mallory is always thinking about what’s next for the brands and companies she supports.
Mallory is an Indiana native but has since lived in Minnesota and now Colorado. When she is not in the office, you can find her at the movie theater, exploring new restaurants or spending time with friends.

Born into a family of essential workers, Sari has always been passionate about helping others. After getting her degree in communications emphasizing public relations from the University of Colorado Boulder, Sari gained PR experience working with a non-profit and a boutique PR agency in Colorado. Now, Sari is excited to progress her career at Linhart PR, where she focuses on building brand awareness and engagement through earned media, social media and influencer marketing for a range of consumer brand clients.
Though Sari grew up in a Chicago suburb, she has called Colorado her home for the last five years. In her free time, she loves to ski and hang out with friends and family.
Kelly focuses on leader and employee communications to help organizations engage team members and manage through change. Kelly also coaches executives on how to enhance their business communications skills, and she conducts audience research to deliver actionable insights. With experience working at major corporations, PR firms and media outlets, Kelly is an accomplished writer who can translate complex business issues into compelling, clear messages. Kelly thrives on global travel with her husband to experience new cultures and places. She’s also an animal welfare volunteer (and spoils her own two cats).
