To elevate Oakwood Homes’ brand awareness in Arizona, Linhart PR developed a human-first media strategy. The team identified and amplified the journey of a 77-year-old first-time homebuyer, showcasing Oakwood’s commitment to accessibility through its Homebuyers Club. By pairing the homebuyer with a Homebuyers Club representative for interview offerings, the team secured a high-impact ABC Phoenix segment which syndicated over 120 times, reaching more than 1.3 million viewers. A few weeks later, the momentum continued with a second feature in the Coolidge Examiner.
